Zoe Littlepage’s practice focuses on complex cases including mass torts and defective medical products and drug cases. She spends months each year in trials, all across the country. In the past decade, she achieved more than $500 million in jury verdicts and settlements for her clients. Ms. Littlepage’s jury awards made the list of the Top 10 Largest Verdicts in the country for 2007, 2009 and 2010.
Born and raised in the Caribbean, Ms. Littlepage attended boarding school outside of London, England and graduated from Phillips Academy, Andover, MA. She received a bachelor’s degree in 1987 from Rice University in Houston, Texas with a triple major. She attended Emory University Law School and received her law degree with honors from University of Houston, where she served on the Houston Law Review.

Ms. Littlepage led the charge for the state court Rezulin litigation and tried the majority of Rezulin cases nationwide. In 2003, she was appointed Lead Counsel of the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the MDL Hormone Replacement Therapy Litigation. Ms. Littlepage went to trial more than a dozen times in the Hormone Therapy Litigation and achieved jury verdicts in excess of $130 million for three Nevada women, $75 million and $35 million for two Illinois plaintiffs as well as multiple awards above $10 million.

Ms. Littlepage is a member of the Inner Circle, an exclusive organization of the country’s top 100 trial lawyers. American Lawyer magazine as well as Fortune magazine named Ms. Littlepage as one of America’s “Premiere Lawyers.” She has also been nominated as a “Super Lawyer” as well as “Top Lawyer” in the country multiple years running. In 2009, she received the Clarence Darrow award for Best Mass Tort Lawyer.

Ms. Littlepage lectures extensively at legal conventions on defective drug litigation issues and, in particular, the use of visual exhibits and demonstrative aides at trial.
