Edgar Romano, a cum-laude alumnus of Brandeis University, received his Juris Doctorate Degree from John Marshall Law School. He is a senior partner at Pasternack, Tilker, Ziegler, Walsh, Stanton & , Romano, LLP., having been with the firm since 1995.

Mr. Romano focuses his practice on Workers Compensation claims including, but not limited to, claims arising out of occupational exposure to asbestos and other industrial irritants. Mr. Romano is also active as a guest lecturer and has lectured extensively to labor unions and medical providers across the nation. He is a past President of the Workers Injury Law and Advocacy Group, is on the Board of Directors of the New York State Workers Compensation Bar Association, is a member of the Leader’s Forum of the American Association of Justice, as well as being a Past Chair of the Worker’s Compensation Section.

Currently, Mr. Romano serves on the Advisory Committee of the World Trade Center Medical Monitoring Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital and he is on the Advisory Board of the I.J. Selikoff Center for Occupational and Environmental Medicine. You will find him listed in, “Who’s Who in American Law.”

Mr. Romano has been selected as a New York Workers Compensation Super Lawyer, by Super Lawyers Magazine, since 2010. Super Lawyers is a rating service of exceptional lawyers, who have attained a high level of respect from their peers for their professional achievements.
